Since the update I am unable to turn the auto wire function off. Being able to switch it off is a big help when testing a circuit using different components. With auto wire off you can simply pull one component and plug another in its place. This is much harder to do with auto wire on.20 votes
You can turn it off in the settings for the circuit.
It would be great to publicly share circuits and have comments.38 votes
Please go to http://gallery.icircuitapp.com to browse and upload circuits.
It will be integrated into the app in the next update.
The windows 8 version of this app allows you to disable autowire with a toggle in settings. On the iPad app I haven't been able to find such an option. If it is there already, make it easier to find. If it is not, implament please!16 votes
This has been added to all versions. Thank you for your patience.
I would like the ability to add meters as a component in the circuit. There are times I need to know say, voltage between two points, not at a point. For example, when learning about voltage dividers, I was asked to find 4 volts when using a 6V battery and just 1 kohm resistors. The only way to do this now is to use a resultant series resistance (2 kohm). There are other examples.81 votes
Every time I call for information, or edit, or add a new circuit the app crashes. What's the issue? Just unstable code?4 votes
The switch to 64-bit caused a few problems to sprout up that I unfortunately missed in testing – mostly around the iPad and iCloud.
I have been waiting for Apple to approve the update for well over a week – unfortunately we are at their mercy for now.
If you email support, I can try to get a version to you sooner.
Not just have to move the bar below, but can scroll with finger on analysis screen. Also, ability to scale results so when looking at a time of 1ms the graph isn't so small.1 vote
This works with two fingers now. I will look into making it work with 1.
