Overload and Overcurrent devices
Maybe add some overcurrent and overload devices such as fuses, circuit breakers, GFCIs, AFCIs, and surge arrestors. Safety is always important!

Schematic layout
This might involve a total redesign of the app, but I think it would be really useful to have a feature that allows you to build a circuit as a schematic diagram like this: http://www.appliance-repair-it.com/images/simpledryer.jpg
Or as a wiring diagram as it is now. Schematic diagrams make it a lot easier to trace the order of operations in the circuit.8 votes -
Smart Relays and control switches
I would like to see more types of relays available such as TDOE and TDOD timers. Along the same line, maybe some switches like float switches, thermostats, pressure/flow switches and thermocouples. Even if they were just available as an option on the regular SPST switch. With these we could design some more practical circuits.

RMS Readings
I would like to see an option in settings that makes the displays over wires show RMS readings instead of true readings. When you are building an AC circuit at 120vRMS and 60Hz, the readings are essentially useless unless you are using the meter. Even if you have the frequency low enough to be able to read the numbers, you still can't tell what the effective voltage is.

LED with high forward voltages for LED lighting.
My designs mostly use LED with high forward voltage.
The maximum Vf of LED is up to 10V @1A in iCircuit.
Several LEDs should be used to make High forward voltage Vf of LED with tens of mA.I want following items.
The possible Vf (range of High froward voltage) LED is up to 99V.
The possible If (range of High forward current) LED is up to 9.9A.
And I want the forward current of LED to be adjusted by setting together with Vf.
I hope these to be applied soon.
Thanks!15 votes -
Fix potential bug with capacitors
I made an astable multivibrator following an example online. When I set it up initially it works fine but if I save and return to the circuit it does not work unless I remove a component and replace it.
Here is a link to the circuit like the one I copied (see below). To reproduce the error, make a working circuit (LEDs should blink alternating) then exit to iCircuit's main menu and return to the same circuit. It no longer functions the same way. Now cut one of the capacitors and paste it back in. The circuit will work again…

Add the option to toggle power pins on and off.
Add the option to toggle power pins on and off for specific uses (power decoupling for noise control). I sometimes need to make specific connections to the power pins for op-amps in particular. I'd like to be able to do that in iCircuit.

add specific components.
The components are too generic. For instance, different op-amps, micro controllers, etc...

Would be great simply to have more draw options
I need it to label my circuts the the tools in circuit are very limited.
I need to resize the text box freely, put some terminals with free numbering. etc.2 votes -
Add microcontrollers such as pic atmega etc.
I would pay 50 bucks more for it :)

add more models
Certain devices, for example transistors, have different models, specified by their model numbers, and each has different parameters.

Since you have a plan to add ic chips to show as chips, can you let us create custom chips?
Have a "custom chip" that allows us to design a circuit to put in the chip, then, show the chip as an IC in our main circuit. If we click on the chip like we are going to change the settings it shows our sub-circuit that is in the chip so we can edit it. Include a back arrow on the sub-circuit for when we want to go back to the main circuit. You can limit which components we can put in the custom chip if it gets too complex to do the simulation. For example, no switches inside the…
