Harmonize the behavior of iCircuit for iOS, Android, Linux, Windows. This means using the same extensions when saving files (or adding settings to allow preference for the extension when saving and loading). Not all devices that are available for iOS are also available for Windows. Ugh, this makes it hard to send/share idea between my own devices and others. The circuits might miss components - like the optical couplers.

I can assign a name to a wire, allow me to select the "named" wires for the scope to display! Provide a list and let me click on them so I can watch the the waveforms.

If iCircuits crashes before the file has been saved - the schematic is lost. Save at intervals so it's possible to reload and continue.
