Please please please - vacuum tubes!!,,,
Come on, it's one of the most fun thing you can do with a circuit!
15 votesOne of the most fun things? I was a practicing engineer for 5 years with a Masters in EE and I’ve never used tubes. That said, everyone wants them so I will re-double my efforts. :-)

Since you added the CT Xfr, why not also add the negative Voltage regulators like the 79** range for example?
I know there are ways to work around the fact that they are not there, but with the new changes and a spot available with code already written. (in reverse) Should be a handy add on for hopefully cheap, quick and little if any strain on your time and recources required from you Frank.

Add an option to slow down the simulation speed.
I am building an oscillator circuit, trying to understand how it works. The simulation is so fast though that I can’t see what is flowing to what in the circuit.

Allow user to define custom variables in subcircuits
At the moment the only way to influence a sub circuit is by its ports, as far as I can see. It would be useful if the user could flag certain component parameters as variables that could be adjusted from outside the 'black box'.
For example, I have two Wien Bridge oscillators that I want to output signals of different frequencies so that I can combine them into a composite signal. I set up the oscillator as a sub circuit with voltage In and Out ports, but at the moment they both have the same frequency because they are both…

Add subcircuits for Windows version
Windows version needs subcircuits! They are the only reason I bought it! All the other versions have them!

Have a random generated binary input component to test for certain states are achieved
I want to try and model state machines through the ff chips. a random generator of binary highs and lows through my circuit would be great. that way I could see the different patterns through the scope and make sure it's only activating when my specific state is met.

The MacOS app needs some love
I think that the title is pretty clear.
Thete are some rough edges to work on - not to mention bugs.

Add a coil calculator
Radio circuits often mention how to create a coil. They forget to mention the resulting Henries.
It would be great if I could enter coil specifics in iCircuit like:- inner diameter of the coil
- wire diameter (in mm or AWG)
- number of turns
- coil length (spreading of turns)
- coil core (air or ferrite)
...and iCircuit would calculate and display the Henries this coil would result in.

Allow wide/bus wires & ports that represent multiple wires/bits
I'd like to use iCircuit to teach digital logic. For example, to start with a half-adder and progress through full-adder, multi-bit add/subtract etc. through to 8 or 16bit ALU subcircuits. This would be made much easier if 'bus' wires were supported.

PWM IC's
I would love an IC that you can do multiple PWM channels.
Either with a variable number of channels on one IC or a set of IC with a range of PWM channels like a small 4 channel upto a 48 channel IC.
all should have up to a 12 bit resolution.12 votes -
Breakers, Fuses, And displays
Items such as breakers and fuses would useful for putting together a full schematic. Also 4 digit displays would be amazing.
